You might choose home health services if you need ongoing care at home and your doctor has ordered skilled services.
Skilled nursing services. Nurses, in collaboration with your doctor, will provide education and execute your treatment plan. They will also monitor the patient and report any changes in medical condition to the doctor.
Therapy services. Physical, occupation and speech therapists will collaborate with your doctor to provide needed treatment.
Home health aides. Under the direction of skilled nurses or therapists, aides will visit your home to assist with personal-care needs.
